The paper describes the investigation of control law for active vibration suppression of plate using piezo-patches. Piezo-patches are controlled by regulators in closed feedback loops. Regulation constants are sets by optimization method with nonlinear constrains in Matlab named FMINCON. As a constrain is used poles placement of controlled MIMO system.
