    This paper deals with the development and optimization of the mould design for vibrocasted refractory materials. Vibrocasted products are subjected to high demands in terms of material quality and accuracy of the final product. Therefore, the proper mould design for casting is very important. These products are also often very complex in shape. For these reasons, moulds are hand-made and costly to produce. The goal of developing and optimizing moulds for vibrocasted materials is to design a mould design that maintains mould accuracy and quality while improving mould efficiency and cost reduction.
