    The aim of our study is to create a biological cell model by microfluidics device. The liposomes will serve as biological cell models to test mechanical properties living cells of various phenotypes. Before mechanical testing of living cells, we have performed mechanical testing of phospholipids layers using a nanomechanical instrument Hysitron TI 950 TriboIndenter to determine their mechanical properties. The layers were prepared using Chloroform, Ethanol and Isopropanol. Supported phospholipid layers were studied as a model for cell membranes.
