Report describe experimental determination of mass characteristic, experimental modal analysis and flutter analysiss of B23 Bristell airplane with modified trim tab for elevator. The modification consists from changing a position of trim tab actuator and redesign the trim tab control. By this modification the trim tab deflection follows the elevator deflection according a designed control law. The The influence of uncertainty for the folowing parameter is considered during analysis: control surface hinge moment, temperature in altitude.
