Original language description
The design of rollers for sheet forming is a complex process consisting of many important parts that cannot be overlooked. Tighteningoftolerances, complicated shapes, and the use of progressive materials are a challenge for the roll forming process. This article introduces a new complex process of roll designing, which could face these challenges and demands. The process was tested during the experiment with a U-shaped profile roll forming design.
