The study presents an option of the utilization of a novel feature selection and uncertainty analysis method. The potential use for the dynamic systems is examined in the study. The initial results for simulated dynamic systems indicate that chosen method, which combines Boruta Feature Selection Algorithm (BFSA) and Multiscale False Neighbor Analysis (MSFNA), displays its potentials for validation of optimal sampling frequency of the system.
