Original language description
The main goal was to ensure communication between the AVL automation system CAMEO and the test cell automation system. Since the site does not use the test system from AVL (PUMA), it is necessary to set up communication between a computer with the AVL CAMEO system and the test Test Cell Automation PC. This communication should ensure remote control of the AVL EMCON system and thus ensure that it is possible using AVL CAMEO directly control the parameters of the AVL EMCON system. This is mainly a speed setting dynamometer, throttle position and power unit torque load. For To enable communication, it was necessary to create a custom SimpleProtocol TCP / IP protocol. The communication may be used by CAMEO to exchange information with any other system that supports TCP / IP protocol.
