Aluminum foams are an excellent material in terms of strength-to-weight ratio, making them ideal for applications in lightweight reinforcement and infill or in deformation zones. As part of this research work, an experiment was carried out to produce aluminum foams under low-cost conditions, achieving a porosity of at least 50 %.
