Original language description
This diploma thesis concerns the topic of the use of micro spraying in high-pressure die casting technology and consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on general facts regarding high-pressure die casting, mould treatment mainly by using micro spray technology and metallurgy of non-ferrous metals with a more detailed focus on foundry aluminium alloys. In the practical part, the diploma thesis deals with the application of micro spraying technology during the production of aluminium casting by high-pressure die casting in the company Ljunghäll s.r.o. The results of the practical part displayed the benefits of the application of micro-spraying technology, such as the lifetime and autonomous maintenance of the mould, the ecological impact in the company, the disposal of waste water and others.
