The article deals with alternative methods of chemical pre-treatment of the surface of the material, which with their technological preparation reduce the energy and ecological demands of the entire process of chemical pre-treatment of the surface. In the experiment, several common chemical pre-treatments of the surface were verified from the point of view of corrosion resistance and the effect on the adhesion of the coating system. Chemical surface pre-treatments using phosphating, chromating, alternative Ti-Zr pre-treatment and organosilanes were compared.
