Experimental analysis of construction hoist operating loads

  • Original language description

The contribution introduces the process of determining the operating loads of the construction hoist during various operational states and hoist mast configurations. The operational loads are expressed by means of the set of loading coefficients which include the influence of dynamics, excentric loading and roughness of the rails. FEA is used to analyse the structure and determine convenient test points for experimental measurement. Complex strain gauge measurement is desined and carried out both on the hoist mast and cage guide arms.
