Original language description
This article deals with the issue of changes in mechanical properties during arc welding of non-hardenable aluminum alloys at the weld joint. The theoretical part is focused on aluminum alloys, their weldability, especially regarding electric arc welding, or the methods of welding these alloys, specifically the MIG welding method. The motivation for writing this article is a detailed description of changes, especially mechanical ones, in the weld metal after arc welding and the use of this data for the design of structural joints.
