    The effect of feed drive axes dynamics on the wearing of linear guideways

  • Original language description

    The contribution is motivated by the problem from high productivity industrial manufacturing of small parts and is focused on the development of method for inside into the loading of destructed linear guideways of NC milling machine. Method development was motivated by the demands of clarification the destruction of linear guideways and by requirement to have a rule for choosing the proper acceleration and jerk of feed drive axes with minimal penalty of machining time. Method is based on figuration of frequency of contacts between the static and moving parts of linear guideways with coincident level of acceleration on histograms. Simultaneous acting of moving axes into the particular guideway is considered. By the developed method was proposed several sets of feed drive axes accelerations jerks. Chosen results with lowest assumptions of destruction of guideways were applicated in control system of NC machine tool and used for manufacturing in industry.
