Thermodynamic Model-Based Detection Of Component Efficiency Changes In Aircraft Turboprop Engines
Original language description
The response of a complex thermodynamic model of a turboprop engine in individual sections to the change of properties of its components integrally determined by their efficiency was investigated. From this, the sensitivity of the measurable quantities has been derived and the detectability of changes in turboprop engine properties arising from real measurements is investigated on the basis of the sensitivity. This approach supports the development of more precise maintenance strategies and enhances the reliability of data-driven assessments in engine real operation.
