This article evaluates the surface quality of 316L stainless steel components produced by 3D printing and the possibilities of their post-processing. The theoretical section summarizes the principles of additive manufacturing, methods for assessing surface quality, and commonly used finishing techniques. The experimental part compares the surface roughness of samples after blasting, tumbling, and electrolytic polishing, assessing the effectiveness of each method. The results demonstrate clear differences in performance and identify the most suitable finishing approach for parts manufactured using SLM technology.
