  • Original language description

The sarcomere contraction is interpreted as calcium induced rearrangement and swing of myosin heads. In the state of sarcomere relaxation, there is a secondary minimum in the interaction energy dependence on the distance between the heads. This state isbelieved to control the evolution of the internal structure of the sarcomere.
