Reformulation of fuzzy controller with conditionally firing rules
Original language description
In previous work, a fuzzy controller with conditionally firing rules was suggested as a generalization improving the Mamdani-Assilian fuzzy controller. Here we study the question whether the same control function can be obtained using fuzzy circuits designed for Mamdani-Assilian controllers. The main conclusion is that this is not possible in the general case of fuzzy inputs and fuzzy outputs, nevertheless, there is a modification which makes this possible in the most important case of crisp inputs.
