    This paper presents sensors and methods for indoor human positioning without using ready installed beacons. The research is targeted for rescue mission support system, which is developed in EU funded project called PeLoTe. Personal navigation is based oninertial navigation, various types of pedometers and data fusion. Used sensors and algorithms for inertial navigation are presented and verified with test results. Finally, methods for human positioning using laser scanner are introduced
