Original language description
In this paper the magneto-optic Kerr effect is used to investigate the surface magnetic properties of field-annealed CoFeBSi ribbon, which exhibits assymmetric GMI effect. The magneto-optical data are compared with magneto-impedance and hysteresis loop measurements. It is proved that the exchange coupling at the interface of hard and soft magnetic phases is ferromagnetic.
