Original language description
The report describes the software application KLiSt used to generate and compare experimental statistical data. The primary goal is to simplify assignment processing in the Medical Informatics labs at Dept. of Cybernetics, Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Czech Technical University in Prague. KLiSt supports clear visual representation of probabilistic model dependence structures, several methods to generate experimental data, and stores its data in generally used structure of XML files. The resulting dependence structures of student results can be compared to the original assignment, or to the currently processed probabilistic model, getting the information, into which extent the compared models match.
