The Multiple Criteria Optimization Model and Eligible Cost Model as Available Mix of Tools for Dividing Government Grants for Environmental Protection
Original language description
The main part of this paper presents theoretical model for dividing the government grants for environmental protection "direct supports for investments to renewable energy sources (RES) and Energy saving technologies". Unfortunately, government budget islimited. Above-mentioned subsidies must be in compliance with EU energy legislations. With respect of increase of RES share, it means that these subsidies will optimize green houses gases reduction, diversification and decentralization of energy sources, decrease the unemployment and bring benefits for agriculture (biomass) etc. This subsidies dividing should be solved regarding the principles of the internal market with electricity and heat. This model for dividing the government grants is based on the multiple criteria optimization and calculation eligible cost.
