This paper deals with applicator for local thermotherapy, which works at the frequency 434 MHz. Applicator is composed from feeding waveguide and strip horn, which has got lateral faces from PVC. Applicator was designed, made and measured. The impedancematching and the SAR distribution were measured in the agar phantom. The results of simulations and measurements are compared as well.

Příspěvek se zabývá aplikátorem pro lokální termoterapii, který pracuje na frekvenci 434 MHz. Aplikátor se skládá z napájecího vlnovodu a páskového trychtýře, jenž má boční strany z PVC. Aplikátor byl navržen, vyroben a změřen. Impedanční přizpůsobení aSAR distribuce byli změřeny v agarovém fantomu. Výsledky simulací a měření jsou také porovnány.
