Nuclear fuel cycle is connected with creation of long-term liabilities related to spent fuel and radioactive waste management and disposal. Considerable amount of financial resources will have to be expended long time after the period when financial resources are created. System must be put in place to ensure that sufficient financial coverage is available in time. All cost to be expended in future must be fully included in the price of electricity to ensure fair competition among different electricitysources.
