Original language description
Holter ECG monitoring is used for long-term monitoring of patients with heart diseases diagnosis. Heart beats with unusual timing or morphology are of great importance in the diagnosis. In this paper clustering of heart beats by decision tree based on beat descriptive features is presented. Algorithm was tested on MIT-BIH database yielding 88.4% of beats correctly classified.
