    Controlled Preprocess of Noise Signal to Obtain Given Amplitude Distribution

    This paper shows the possible way of digital noise signal preprocessing for obtaining required amplitude distribution. Different way to present way is introduced. Fundamental part of used digital noise generator is pseudo-random number generator implemented in FPGA with passive a single-bit Digital/Analog converter on its output. If digital noise signal is accurately preprocess we get given statistical distribution of amplitudes. The objective of this thesis is a testing device used for generating proper noise signal with given statistical distribution of amplitudes. This device is developing to measure parameters of Analog/Digital converters.
