Precise detector of Iris positions
Original language description
The algorithm detects iris positions with high precision (about 1% of inter-ocular distance) in near-real time, given a rough location of a frontal face image. The gaze direction can be arbitrary, ie. it need not be forward-looking. The method is robustto interlacing, can operate on grey-level images (colour is not needed) and tolerates glasses.
