Recognition and automated classification of significant areas in EEG signal
Original language description
The main objective of our work has been the design and implementation of appropriate algorithms for EEG signal classification. We have focused on neonatal EEG. The developed solution consists of several basic parts: problem-oriented feature extraction, feature compression, comparing of various types of classifiers and visualization. In this study we have used data from newborns with a similar gestational age (normal term gestation).
