This paper deals with the non-homogeneous quarter-wave rectangular TEM cavity parameters calculation. The cavity is modelled as a cascade of transmission lines and solved using impedance transformation and boundary conditions method. In fine, the resonant frequency, total power loss as a power efficiency ratio are calculated and discussed.
