Original language description
The aim of this paper is to design and to simulate an exposure chamber which offer a new possibility how to measure lossy power in biological tissue. The basic properties such as electromagnetic field distribution and impedance matching of our designed chamber were optimized and verified by the aid of a 3D electromagnetic field simulator. As a result of our effort a cylinder waveguide chamber with a working frequency 900MHz has been designed. This chamber offer a new way of dosimetry.

Hlavnim cilem teto prace je navrh a simulace expozicni komory ktera nabizi novou moznost jak merit ztraceny vykon v biologicke tkani. Zakladni vlastnosti jako distribuce elektromagnetickeho pole a impedancni prizpusobeni navrzene komory byly optimalizovany pomoci 3D simulatoru elektromagnetickeho pole. Jako vysledek naseho usili byla navrzena komora pracujici na frekcenci 900Mhz. Tato komora nabizi novy zpusob dosimetrie.
