    This article introduces a new view to the solution of the filter approximation problem. When requirements to the filter designed cannot be fulfilled by analytic appro- ximation, it is necessary to use nonstandard method based on numerical optimization methods. Here the Differential Evolutionary Algorithms are prospective. The developed algorithm is described and the results obtained are demonstrated on some examples.
