    The paper presents a TEM horn with a dielectric lens located at the antenna aperture. The lens increases antenna gain significantly. The influence of the lens on the antenna properties is discussed and parametric analysis is presented as well. The aim ofthis paper is to introduce the results of the design, realization and measurement of TEM horn for frequency band 1 - 20 GHz with 20 dB gain.
