Software Tool for Recording and Analysis of the Brain Intrinsic Optical Signals
Original language description
Recording and analysis of intrinsic optical signals of the nervous tissue is associated with synchronous recording and analysis of connected action potentials. However, there are no acquisition systems enabling those measurements using one environment. Therefore we developed software tool for recording and analysis of video data, which is part of software providing unified user interface for synchronous electrophysiological and video acquisition and analysis.
