Original language description
This article deals with the design, construction and testing of microwave applicator with TEM wave, which is filled distilled water. Applicator works on the frequency f = 434MHz, aperture has a size of 100mm x 75mm and is made of copper. Design simulation as well as simulation of SAR distribution is created in program SEMCAD X LIGHT 13. Final evaluation of construction solution is established on SIXPORT for S11 coefficient and evaluation of SAR distribution is done by infrared camera FLIR P25.
