    The asynchronous motor is equipment, which produces noise and mechanic vibration. Vibration frame asynchronous motor is then transmitted to the machine. The cause of this noise and vibrations are both electromagnetic (forces between stator and rotor, magnetization, etc) and mechanical (unbalanced rotor, coupling, bearings, etc). The aim of the paper is application of modal analysis method for investigation of vibratory processes of asynchronous motors in transient states. The modal properties of asynchronous motor with excitation in the net of measuring points on the surface of structure are investigated.
