    Ultra Wideband Pulse Shaping for Cognitive Radio

    The entire lack of free frequency bands give opportunity to create intelligent cognitive systems. This type of radio system is able to change its system parameters, e.g. radiation power and frequency. The presented system describes possibility how to shape an Ultra Wideband (UWB) pulse using a typical frequency mixer. The simulations and measurements are compared.
