The goal of the project HLA Explorer (www.hlaexplorer.net) is to develop a new internet based information system that will help physicians (transplant centers) and coordinators (stem cells donor registries) to examine Linkage Disequilibrium of HLA systemin order to assist to find suitable unrelated stem cell donors. HLA explorer was created supporting basis for finding acceptable unrelated stem cell donor for patient requiring hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT).
