The paper presents the design, construction and measuring of an microoptical WDM demultiplexing system composed by collimation lenses and optical double grating filter VHGT with high diffraction efficiency for receiving part of hybrid microoptical WDM transceiver (WDM receiver) for PON-FTTH topology. The hybrid integration technology achieves a cost-effective optoelectronic receiver. We found the dimension parameters of the microoptical system from the MMF (mutlimode fiber) across the collimation lens -triplexer - collimation lens complex to surface PIN photodiode. The results were to obtain the optimal coupling with maximal sensitivity of WDM receiver. A piezoelectrically driven ten axis micromanipulator was used to set the triplexer to the correct diffracted beams position, in the alignment process.
