Energy Pay-back Period (Comprehensive energy intensity) should be one of the important bases for the assessment of projects on renewable energy sources general. Specific assessment depends on the selected technology. The selected technology, the assessment should address the entire life cycle assessment technology. Life cycle is formed by making its own equipment, its operation and ending with disposal technologies considered. Energy return reflects the required amount of primary energy resources per unit of energy produced for the lifetime of technology assessment. Each renewable resource has its own layout and conditions of service and convenient legislative options for operation. Overall assessment of selected technologies must take into account legislation and also take into account the technical, economic and environmental conditions or the disposition and take the life of the source
