Wind Power and Hydrogen Production
Original language description
Currently the world is in the increase phase of construction of wind and photovoltaic power plants. The growth of new renewable energy is beginning to have impact on power system. As a result of this increase RES is having greater demands on the transmission and distribution system, which has the effect of increasing the possibility of transmission system outages and therefore the technicians begin to look for different possibilities how to combine these sources of electricity to avoid blackouts, whichwere mentioned. One option is to use a combination of wind power in conjunction with the hydrogen economy. The electricity produced by wind power will be used to produce hydrogen which is stored in prepared tanks and will be fuel for a fuel cell, or be used as industrial sectors.
