Original language description
The paper deals with renewable energy sources and with possibility of their usage for heating and water heating in the conditions of Czech Republic. This article solves the usage of the renewable energy sources mainly in households of family houses and flat-buildings. The key issue of the paper is focused mainly on the state-aided renewable energy sources in Czech Republic - it means heat pumps, solar collectors and biomass burning. These types of the renewable energy sources are described in the firstthree chapters. First chapter deals with the heat pumps. Then the types of the heat pumps depending on used medium are mentioned. Advantages and disadvantages of above-mentioned renewable energy source are presented in the end of the chapter. The next chapters deal with two remaining renewable energy sources in the same way. The semifinal chapter presents the table showing the view of annual costs of household heating using different fuel types.
