    Electrode system for the measurement of V-A characteristics of the electrostatic precipitator

  • Original language description

    The electrode system enables the measurement of the electrostatic precipitator V-A characteristic and also measurement of the characteristic of each high-voltage (hv) electrode separately. For this purpose there was developed a method for low-current measurement in the range of microamperes up to hundreds of microamperes at the hv potential. The electrode system of the precipitator is variable and it is possible to set the distance of settling electrodes up to 400 mm. Is is also possible to change diameter of hv electrodes with circular cross-section in the range 0.5 mm to 4 mm and also set distances between hv electrodes within the width (2 m) of the electrode-frame that is made of insulation material for galvanic separation of hv electrodes.
