    Induction heating of thin electrically conductive plates exposed by time-variable external magnetic field is investigated. Distribution of currents induced in the plate is modeled by electric vector T-potential. All considered physical phenomena (induction heating and thermoelastic displacements of the plate) are described and solved in the hard-coupled formulation.
