Common features of sampled-data analog- and digital filters design
Original language description
Cascade realization of the analog ARC- and digital filters shows more common features. Aim of this chapter is to demonstrate, how to effectively use these relationships in the optimized design of both the sampled-data and digital filters. An attention isfocused to transformations between sampled-data and digital biquadratic section structures, utilization of the sensitivity concept in digital filter design and dynamics optimization of digital and sampled-data filters. For demonstration, switched-current (SI) circuits were chosen as "analog counterpart" to the digital filters.
