    We report about design of optical polymer waveguides for Y-branch power splitters, wavelength demultiplexers based on multimode interference and optical ring resonators. Epoxy novolak resin was chosen as core waveguide materials due to excellent properties and easy fabrication process. Waveguides was fabricated onto silica-on-silicon substrate due to easy integration process with other optical and electrical elements. Design of the waveguides was done by using RSoft software and waveguides were fabricated by standard photolithography process. Propagation optical loss measurements were done by using the cut-back method and the best samples had optical losses around 0.5 dB/cm at 1310 nm.
