Original language description
The plasma flow temperature distribution at atmospheric pressure was investigated by test probes made from solid matter. Temperature of solid matter probes was measured by thermo camera for working gas flow rates 10, 20 and 30 slm. Temperatures up to 200°C were detected. The results are usable for application of plasma surface treatment.
