Nuclear reactor has its own specificity, which is necessary to respect while regulating action. It is important to examine in details, which effects could be caused in frequent changes of thermomechanical load of fuel elements cladding. Further aspect isplanning fuel cycle length. It is very intricate to design fuel cycle length as precise as possible so that insufficiently spent nuclear fuel has to be escort form reactor because of using the unit for regulation. The last and the most restrictive for regulation latitude is a limit for position of 6th group of control rod (H6). This limit inhibits unequal distribution of power in nuclear reactor and its must not be infringed.
