Influence of Sound Track Subjective Popularity on Human Electroencephalogram
Original language description
This paper deals with the influence of favourite and disliked sound tracks selected by each subject on human brain activity monitored by electroencephalogram (EEG). Subjects have unique music content preferences. Each subject was asked to bring four tracks which he likes and four tracks which he does not like. Length of each selected track was 40 secs. During the experiment each subject was listening to tracks brought by himself inside the audiology room. Favorite and disliked tracks were played alternately. Subject´s EEG was monitored and extracted for further analysis in time and frequency domain.
