Original language description
Comprehensible and progressive education program including basic aspects of sun energy acquisition is proposed in this article. Photovoltaics taught at the Czech Technical University (CTU) is devided into a basic and an advanced course. The article givesoverview of a practical part - laboratories - of the Basic Course of Photovoltaics offered especially to Erasmus students. Basic principles of photovoltaics are often explained to students without any previous knowledge of solar energetics. Therefore, education of solar energy should begin from a background already known from some other electrotechnical subjects.
