Trombe Wall in Low Energy Consuming Buildings
Original language description
Nowadays when world energy resources are declining it is important to look for potential of energy savings. Presently the greatest energy savings potential consists in buildings. Nearly 40 % of final energy consumption is in houses, public and private offices, shops and other buildings, where the biggest part of energy is used for heating [7]. This is a reason why a combination of low energy consuming buildings implementation and usage of renewable energy resources for heating should be one of the solutions to energy savings. This paper deals with energy supply of low-energy buildings especially with using passive solar heating known as a Trombe wall, which is a kind of warm air heating system. The main purpose of this paper is to show how the Trombe wall works in a building, which conditions are necessary to apply Trombe wall to heating and what situation is in our country and in the world. The other aim of this paper is to decide if it is suitable to use the Trombe wall in the condit
