Original language description
Module for forces in control measurement enables to measure up to six mechanical tensions through the use of tensometers, which are connected into Wheatstone bridge. Inside the module there are six instrumentation amplifiers Texas Instruments INA 129, one six-channel 16 bits A/D converter Texas Instruments ADS 8556 and control board with microprocessor Freescale MC9S12XEG128MAA. Six power supplies for Wheatstone bridges are connected to one connector together with six output voltages from their output diagonal. These output voltages are amplified with instrumentation amplifiers and then are digitalized with A/D converter. A/D converter is controlled by microprocessor through GPIO and SPI bus. On second connector there are supply voltage and CAN bus forcommunication with controlling system. Microprocessor enables sampling and sending any combination of input channels.
